We’re Centrick, residential property experts with a clear mission: to make lives better, every day.

Since 2005, we’ve grown into a nationwide business with a global reach, managing buildings and estates of all shapes and sizes. From property management, sales, tenancy, to on-the-ground services like cleaning, caretaking, and maintenance. We deliver quality, end-to-end solutions.

With our headquarters in central Birmingham and teams across the UK, we’re powered by dedicated professionals working collaboratively across operations, marketing, finance, and beyond. We reinvest in our people, technology, and culture to drive continuous improvement and long-term impact — for our clients, customers, and communities.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remediation Coordinator to support the delivery of cladding remediation and building safety projects under the Developer Pledge and Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS). You’ll play a key role in preparing funding applications, validating technical and financial documentation, and ensuring submissions are accurate and compliant. Once schemes are approved, you’ll help coordinate mobilisation, maintain project and financial trackers, reconcile accounts, and support drawdown requests.

What you will be doing?

  • Support funding applications under the Developer Pledge and CSS

  • Collate and validate technical and financial documentation

  • Track application progress and ensure deadlines are met

  • Assist in mobilisation of approved remediation schemes

  • Maintain project and financial trackers, budgets, and forecasts

  • Reconcile accounts and support drawdown requests

  • Verify contractor and consultant invoices with accounts teams

  • Provide financial reports, highlighting risks and variances

  • Act as key contact for leaseholders, developers, and contractors

  • Draft clear resident communications and FAQs

  • Liaise with Homes England, developers, and freeholders to share information

What you need to succeed

No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

  • Previous Property Experience, specifically in the Leasehold sector

  • Experience with HRB’s and the Building Safety Governance

  • Experience with Cladding Safety Scheme or working with developers

  • Training in the Building Remediation Process will be provided but any exposure previously will be beneficial.
