Job Description
Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both customers and store management
- Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment through regular patrols of the shop floor, back areas and changing rooms
- Detain and deter shoplifters in line with ASCONE guidelines
- Use CCTV, where applicable, to detect and deter crime
- Monitor CCTV where licensed to do so
- Perform key holding duties and staff searches as needed

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A valid SIA licence
- Driving licence - access to own vehicle is desirable but not essential
- CCTV licence desirable but not essential
- Experience in retail, either security or customer faced
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Punctual and a good team player
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good with people and happy to work around the public
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
- Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
