We support individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence with the aim to return home or to more independent living. The Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. We don't need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is provided. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded, proactive and who love working in a positive, creative team.
Our organisation has been awarded the platinum level 'Investors in People' for the second time. This is a testament of our great team and commitment to see individuals develop (which includes both the people we support and our exceptional staff team). We also have an excellent career development programme and opportunities to progress.
All of our inspected services have been awarded a very rare 'outstanding' in all areas in their CQC inspection, making us the highest rated social care provider in England.
