We're seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter & OnboardingOfficer to join our friendly office team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in attracting, recruiting, and seamlessly integrating the best care professionals into our family.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job adverts and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
- Candidate Attraction: Utilise various channels (online job boards, social media, local community outreach) to attract a diverse pool of high-quality care candidates.
- Onboarding Excellence: Design and deliver a comprehensive and engaging onboarding experience for all new starters, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and ready to provide outstanding care from day one.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes adhere to CQC regulations and company policies, including DBS checks, right-to-work documentation, and reference checks.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential candidates and new hires, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the recruitment and initial employment phases.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building a positive employer brand for RCB Home Care, showcasing our values and commitment to our staff.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment and onboarding strategies and processes.
About You:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare or social care sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in using recruitment software/ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong understanding of relevant employment legislation and CQC requirements is desirable.
- Empathetic, patient, and committed to promoting a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
