One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations, The Salvation Army HR Recruitment team is looking for a motivated, proactive, customer focused and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy team as part of a job shared role.
As a driven and resilient Recruitment Coordinator, you will work as part of the recruitment team assisting the provision of a streamlined recruitment function to stakeholders and managers. Ensuring the service we provide enables the effective recruitment and selection of high-quality employees. You will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and possesses advanced IT capabilities to manage recruitment systems and data efficiently.
As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be required to:
- Provide high quality, fast responsive administrative support to the Recruitment Advisors and wider team
- Be the first point of contact for candidate and hiring manager recruitment queries via email and phone, ensuring the agreed service level KPI’s are achieved.
- Provide support to Recruiting Advisors throughout recruitment cycles for recruitment campaigns to employ talented staff at all levels across the organisation.
- Managing the pre-employment checks from start to finish to ensure a smooth handover to the HR On-boarding team.

- Fast-Paced Environment: The role demands the ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Advanced IT Skills: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of IT systems and tools
