Following our recent review of the People team, we have an exciting opportunity for a coordinator who will be at the forefront of engaging with our internal and external candidates and working closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth interviews and onboarding processes.
As a key, multiskilled player in our team, you'll also manage essential administrative tasks and provide exceptional support in the onboarding / Prehires process across Anglian Water.

What does it take to be an Onboarding and Recruitment Coordinator ?
Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Superb attention to detail and the ability to pay attention to the small details to ensure compliance
- Ability to manage your own workload and timings, prioritising when needed
- Excellent IT skills with proven experience of O365 applications
- Experience of dealing with customers and onboarding would be beneficial but not essential
- Aptitude and ability to work in a fast paced and continuous improvement focussed environment
