Orange Quarter is on the lookout for Recruitment Consultants at all levels (entry-level, mid-level, senior) to join our expanding teams. What You'll Be Doing:
- Source Candidates: You’ll be responsible for sourcing both passive and active candidates for our extensive client network.
- Support Candidates: You’ll guide candidates through the hiring process, offering support from CV reviews to interview prep and technical assignments.
- Build Client Relationships: Develop your own client network, actively reaching out to businesses, understanding where Orange Quarter can add value, and helping them build their tech teams.
- Specialise in Tech Markets: Each Recruitment Consultant at Orange Quarter works towards becoming a market specialist in one or more areas—whether that’s AI, Data, DevOps, Development, Product, UX/UI, Marketing, Mobile Development, or beyond. You’ll immerse yourself in industry news, attend events, and constantly learn to communicate with both clients and candidates on a deeper level.
