THE ROLE: Account Support Advisor within the Asset Recovery Department

SALARY: Starting at £24,570 + benefits.
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday

The Role and Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers to facilitate Voluntary Termination requests for their Hire Purchase agreements.
- Engaging with customers on the Debt Resolution work lists to discuss the best path forward regarding their account.
- Communicating with IVA companies, ensuring we receive dividend payments, processing IVAs accurately, and submitting Proof of Debt forms.
- Investigating accounts to obtain current and relevant customer details, including reviewing applications and performing job checks.
- Managing the collection of shortfallamounts following insurance claim settlements.
- To be the point of contact for Field Agents and Auction Houses who have been employed to act on our behalf.
Person Specification
Essential:
Previous telephone or customer facing experience
Excellent Telephone Communication Skills
Excellent Email Communication Skills
Previous experience working with customers.
Good IT Skills
Desirable:
Previous call centre or collections experience
Previous experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
