Are you organised, personable, and ready to make a difference in a fast-paced clinical setting? We’re looking for a Clinic Receptionist to join our dynamic, friendly team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Scheduling appointments and managing our computerised booking system
- Communicating with patients in person, via email, and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
- Processing card payments and maintaining accurate financial records
- Overseeing day-to-day accounts and monitoring stock levels
- Re-ordering supplies as needed
- Keeping the clinic clean, tidy, and presentable with light cleaning duties
This position is ideal for someone with previous clinic reception experience. We welcome applicants who are computer-literate, confident on the phone, and have a polite, friendly, and efficient approach to customer service.

This can be a fast-paced position that requires excellent multitasking skills. You’ll need to confidently handle incoming phone calls, greet arriving clients, and take payments from departing clients, often all at once, while maintaining a calm, professional, and friendly manner and accurately recording relevant information.
