We are looking for a receptionist to help our team of solicitors by answering incoming calls, greeting guests and providing assistance where necessary.
After a successful candidate has completed a brief training, he or she will be able to prioritise, answer incoming calls and greet visitors in our reception area and undertake other admin tasks within the office. The ideal candidate has a desire to help others and an ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and deal with their queries.
- Answer phone calls.
- Book appointments.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
- Assist with file closing procedures and other admin tasks.
