We have an exciting new vacancy for a receptionist to join our team at The Britannia Hotel, Wolverhampton. Our hotel is a 117 room, stylish Victorian building situated in the city centre conveniently based just a short walk from key public transport links such as St Georges Metro Station, Wolverhampton Bus Station and train station.

Your duties will include:
- Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system
- Advising guests and visitors about the facilities on site.
- Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay
- Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera systems would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given
