We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front office operations. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and clerical duties
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Utilise Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various tasks
Skills
- Previous office experience is essential
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail
- Typing proficiency for efficient data entry
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
