Job Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Stockport office and to provide administrative support to our legal team.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and in a professional and courteous manner.
- Promptly answer and direct incoming calls and emails.
- Provide administrative support including file opening, data entry and document preparation.
- Assist with diary management and scheduling of appointments.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing post.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- A friendly and professional manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work, particularly in data entry and document management.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
