We are looking for a Property Team Administrator to join our dedicated Property Team to support the management and maintenance of our extensive property portfolio, which provides accommodation for clergy across 150 parishes.
As a key member of the team, you will:
- Provide efficient and professional support to the Head of Property and the wider team, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, maintaining records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Work alongside the Customer Services Officer and be a friendly and responsive point of contact for clergy, tenants, and contractors, helping to manage maintenance requests, issue work orders and track progress to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Some of the Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Diary and meeting management, minute taking and general correspondence
- Maintaining accurate property records and filing systems
- Issuing and tracking work orders, liaising with contractors, and processing invoices
- Supporting clergy and tenants with property related queries and maintenance issues.
- Producing reports and maintaining compliance data
We are looking for someone with:
- A-level education or equivalent, including Maths and English GCSE
- Strong administrative experience ideally in the property sector
- Knowledge of residential property management
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A proactive, detail-orientated approach with strong organisational skills

This is a full time role, however we are willing to consider part-time 0.8 FTE.
