Project Administrator – R&B Industrial
Location: Andover
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday (flexible working)
Salary: £30,000 pro rata (14.42 / per hour)

R&B Industrial is looking for an organised, proactive, and confident Project Administrator to support the smooth coordination of our engineering and fabrication projects.
From ordering materials and booking installations to managing vehicle MOTs and assisting customers, this is a varied role for someone who enjoys keeping things running behind the scenes and being at the heart of the action.
What you’ll be doing
- Raising purchase orders for materials and equipment
- Creating and managing sales orders
- Tracking deliveries and liaising with suppliers
- Booking accommodation and travel for engineers
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating access equipment, vehicles, and personnel
- Working closely with the engineering/fabrication teams to arrange installation dates
- Managing the fleet: organising MOTs, servicing, and maintenance
- Updating the work management system with stock and job progress
- Sending quotes and engineer certification to clients as requested
- Responding to customer queries by phone and email
- Maintaining up-to-date project boards and documentation
- Carrying out weekly fire alarm checks
- Assisting with various ad hoc admin duties to support the team
What you’ll need
- Strong admin or project coordination experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A calm, proactive approach to juggling tasks and priorities
- Clear communication skills – phone and email
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Experience with work/project management systems (ideal but not essential)
- A self-starter attitude – able to work independently and as part of a team
