Common Leys Campus

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic progress coach to support the achievement of our Landbased students at the Common Leys Farm Campus on full time study program courses.

As a Progress Coach, you'll provide personalised support and mentoring to students, helping them to stay on track academically, emotionally, and professionally. You’ll work closely with tutors, assessors, and industry professionals to monitor progress, improve attendance, and ensure each learner feels confident and career-ready.

What does the role look like to you:
  • Deliver one-to-one coaching, mentoring and academic support
  • Monitor learner progress and set achievable, personalised targets
  • Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and attendance
  • Support with employability skills, industry standards and workplace expectations
  • Act as a key liaison between students, tutors, and support services
