As a Production Operator, you'll be a vital member of our shift team, taking ownership and responsibility for machines, equipment, and processes in your area.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is essential.

• Communication: Fluent English verbal and written skills.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

• Mindset: Strong safety and quality focus.

• Team Player: Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Starting-up, shutting-down, monitoring, and cleaning equipment.

• Performing basic changeovers, minor repairs, routine checks, and inspections.

• Utilizing basic ancillary equipment and computer programs.

• Collaborate with a shift team of up to 15 associates to achieve targets.

• Be accountable for the performance of several machines and processes.

• Escalate issues appropriately and provide accurate handovers.

• Repair mechanical breakdowns using your trained knowledge and experience.
