We’re hiring a Product Owner (Migrations) to lead the delivery of customer migration initiatives within the UK Customer business unit, part of the Solutions Design & Experience Development team.
This role is central to shaping our proposition strategy and driving improvements across Protection, Pension, and Life services.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver a clear roadmap, coach analysts, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while enhancing customer outcomes and enabling agile, impactful delivery.
About the role
- Lead the delivery of the customer migration roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritise, and deliver initiatives that enhance proposition value.
- Coach and support Proposition Analysts, fostering agile best practices and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty and conduct risk requirements across all migration activities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress clearly, and drive business readiness.
- Monitor performance against delivery milestones, budgets, and risk controls to ensure successful outcomes.
About you
- Proven experience in proposition development, ideally within financial services, pensions, or investments.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to guide and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to define and deliver product roadmaps and manage complex initiatives.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty and conduct risk.
- Skilled in being the voice of the customer/adviser within large technical programmes, considering impacts and making pragmatic commercial decisions.
