We’re recruiting for a creative Product Content Writer who excels at turning complex solutions into clear, compelling propositions and materials. In this role, you will create high impact content that empowers sales teams, enables the multi-channel marketing function, and brings our product propositions to life.

Working within the product marketing team you will be responsible for owning the execution of the product content strategy to support go-to-market success, from sales pitch decks and playbooks to product sheets and web copy.

What we’re looking for

As product content writer you’ll bring our solutions to life through clear, compelling, and benefit led content. In this role, you'll create a wide range of product and proposition materials, from launch collateral and solution briefs to sales enablement tools like battle cards, one-pagers, and case studies. You'll collaborate closely with Sales and Product Marketing to understand buyer journeys and key messaging gaps, helping us connect with audiences in a way that’s both engaging and persuasive. With a strong eye for detail and a flair for tailoring tone and messaging across different formats, you’ll ensure consistency across all channels, whether you're crafting content for internal teams, sales partners, or go-to-market campaigns. If you're curious about market trends, creative in your approach, and passionate about turning technical features into customer focused benefits, this is the role for you.

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely passionate about content. You’ll be someone with a creative spark, a love for writing, and an eye for detail. You’ll have exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content to our established tone of voice while balancing brand consistency and messaging priorities. You will be confident in turning complex topics into clear, benefit led copy and write with authority on new subjects through thorough research. As a self-starter, you’re highly organised, great at managing multiple projects under pressure, and confident working with subject matter experts, marketers, and agencies alike. Most importantly, you'll thrive in a collaborative environment and be excited to contribute to our supportive, inclusive culture where creativity and teamwork are truly valued.
