Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Private Hire Drivers with a valid badge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting customers safely and efficiently to their chosen destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and communication while on the road.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate their taxi, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of PHC Driver Badge, PHC Vehicle plate, MOT and Road Tax, Insurance and Driver's License
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding job times and details.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with the loading/unloading of customers belongings as required when picking and dropping off.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers during journeys, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence (must be held for 2 year)
- Valid Taxi Badge
- Valid Taxi Plate
- Valid Car Insurance
- Valid MOT and Road Tax
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and adherence to all relevant regulations while on the road.
