We are seeking a Principal Cyber Crisis Consultant to join our Professional Services team.
The Principal Cyber Crisis Consultant will serve as a senior strategic advisor, driving cyber crisis preparedness, response, and resilience for clients while advancing the Ready1 solution in the market. This role combines client-facing consultation, thought leadership, and solution enablement with a focus on aligning business resilience strategies to organizational priorities. You will work closely with sales, pre-sales, partners, and professional services teams—particularly in EMEA—to identify needs, deliver value, and enhance our cyber crisis management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Ready1 team in rolling out product updates, feature enhancements, and strategic messaging to sales teams, prospects, and customers.
Lead strategic conversations with prospects and clients on cyber crisis preparedness, response frameworks, and recovery strategies aligned to ready1
Partner with EMEA sales, pre-sales, and channel/partner teams in customer and partner discussions, acting as a subject matter expert on cyber crisis management.
Identify professional services opportunities during client engagements and ensure smooth hand-off to the appropriate team or partner.
Develop and expand the Ready1 tabletop exercise library for use with customers, partners, and marketing initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, panels, and speaking engagements, and tabletops to position Ready1 as a market leader.
Support the partner team with partner identification, partner GTM development, enablement, and client support.
Create enablement materials for both internal teams and external audiences, ensuring consistency in messaging and best-practice guidance.
Education & Background Requirements
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, crisis management, or business resilience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing advisory or consulting capacity.
Proven experience delivering crisis tabletop exercises and facilitating executive-level crisis discussions.
Strong understanding of cyber incident response frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 22301, ISO 27035) and business continuity principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience speaking at conferences or industry events.
Familiarity with cyber crisis management technologies and their integration into enterprise environments.
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
