The Role – Office Superhero (aka Practice Assistant)
This isn’t just another admin job. It’s about making people feel truly cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
- Welcome and support our amazing clients with warmth and confidence
- Be the vital link between our chiropractors and clients, helping things run like clockwork
- Manage calls, emails, bookings and payments with a smile
- Keep the practice tidy, calm and well-organised
- Help educate clients on how to get the most out of their care (think sleep, footwear, posture tips, etc.)

Shift Times
- Tuesday: 2:30pm - 7:30pm
- Thursday: 07:00am - 12:00pm
- Friday: 2:30pm - 7:30pm
Location
We’re based in Epsom (KT17 4PF). You’ll need to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting.
