Job Vacancy: Full-Time Pharmacy Dispenser – Lyoncross Pharmacy (Pollok, Glasgow)
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our independent, community-focused team at Lyoncross Pharmacy in Pollok, Glasgow.

Position:
- Full-Time (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays)
- Permanent role Competitive salary based on experience
Main Duties:
- Dispensing NHS and private prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency
- Managing repeat prescriptions and liaising with local GP surgeries
- Supporting the preparation of dosette boxes (MDS)
- Maintaining stock levels and placing orders
- Using Positive Solutions (PSL) pharmacy system
- Assisting the pharmacist and contributing to smooth daily operations
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (Dispenser qualification) or UK-recognised equivalent
- Applicants without this qualification will not be considered
- Overseas qualifications must be formally recognised by the GPhC
- Previous experience in a UK community pharmacy is essential
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Confident using pharmacy IT systems (e.g., PSL)
