Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our online pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services, working closely with the team to meet strict protocols and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries via phone and email professionally and courteously.
- Accurately process orders and maintain detailed records in compliance with company protocols.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data, create reports, and perform other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Work under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong language skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent telephone manners, with experience in customer service, preferred.
- Proficient in computing, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
