About Us:
We are a family of four, and are looking for kind and consciences people to work with us to support our daughter here in the home. She is nearly 16 and has all the needs of a 16 year old which need more than one pair of hands. She is outgoing and loves people, loves school and therefore we need support to get her there. We've not lived here too long but moved here so that our daughter has the space to meet her needs. We're friendly and approachable and have 5 current members of staff, the newest member has now been with us 3 years, the longest has been with us for 10 years now. The nature of the job allows for it to work around other work more often than not. All of our staff have other jobs. Wherever possible we work round that.
Our daughter loves people and we're looking for someone she can build up a relationship with, this is not a temporary job as the training up for it to be able to independently do it will take a while.
A personal letter alongside CV is preferred.
Non smokers as both our children have Cystic Fibrosis and it would be a health risk of cross contamination.
