Salary: From approx. £25,000 per annum full time equivalent. Actual salary for 40 weeks a year is £23,300.
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)

About the Role - We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our dynamic Leadership Team. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries, meetings, and key deadlines for some members of the Senior Leadership Team
- Provide high-level administrative support including:
- Preparing agendas and minutes
- Creating reports and presentation materials
- Liaise with parents and escalate queries appropriately
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptionally personable with strong communication skills (in person and on the phone)
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Confident using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Excel)
- A team player with a “get the job done” attitude
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
