Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
- Processing expenses and managing basic financial records
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems
- Taking minutes during meetings and distributing them appropriately
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Handling confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Google suite and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 2+ years of administrative or personal assistant experience
- Proficient in digital tools and office management software
