The role
As a Pensions Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Working as part of an established team you will provide an accurate, reliable and a high standard of pensions administration services for all Babcock Group Pension Schemes.
Day-to-day, you’ll maintain accurate employee pension records.
- Ensure work is completed to agreed Service Levels
- Administration of monthly auto enrolment activities
- Support daily enquires from employees and the wider business
- Accurate and timely processing of all transactions and pensions changes across all schemes
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements
Essential experience of the Pensions Administrator:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of different pension schemes
- Ideally experience of using SAP with a good understanding of Word and Excel
- Good understanding of UK pensions legislation
- Able to work well in a team and work to tight deadlines collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing accuracy
Qualifications for the Pensions Administrator:
- Relevant Pensions industry qualification would be beneficial
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
