About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled High-Tech Coordinator to serve as an account manager for our partner hospitals, overseeing treatment coordination for critically ill and vulnerable patients, including those receiving cancer treatments, HPN, and other life-sustaining therapies. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role where you will ensure exceptional patient outcomes by managing complex treatment logistics, delivering an outstanding service experience, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary contact for hospital accounts, coordinating all aspects of patient treatment delivery and support.
- Process patient requests and orders across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate medication delivery.
- Manage urgent prescription needs, delivery route changes, and back orders to minimise patient impact.
- Ensure all interactions provide a high-quality, compassionate experience that meets or exceeds patient expectations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, delivery logs, and prescription data.
- Monitor email accounts and communication channels, ensuring timely, complete responses within SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., pharmacy, logistics, nursing) to ensure seamless care.
- Ensure data protection and compliance in all activities, keeping training and certifications up to date.

- Proven experience in a high-pressure patient coordination, healthcare, or pharmacy support role.
- Exceptional communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex, sensitive cases with discretion.
- Comfortable working with data entry systems and maintaining strict compliance standards.
- Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
