About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Tech Coordinator to serve as an account manager for our partner hospitals, overseeing treatment coordination for critically ill and vulnerable patients, including those receiving cancer treatments, HPN, and other life-sustaining therapies. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role where you will ensure exceptional patient outcomes by managing complex treatment logistics, delivering an outstanding service experience, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for hospital accounts, coordinating all aspects of patient treatment delivery and support.
  • Process patient requests and orders across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate medication delivery.
  • Manage urgent prescription needs, delivery route changes, and back orders to minimise patient impact.
  • Ensure all interactions provide a high-quality, compassionate experience that meets or exceeds patient expectations.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, delivery logs, and prescription data.
  • Monitor email accounts and communication channels, ensuring timely, complete responses within SLAs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., pharmacy, logistics, nursing) to ensure seamless care.
  • Ensure data protection and compliance in all activities, keeping training and certifications up to date.
Why Lloyds Clinical?
We have a lot to offer to not only the 100,000 patients we support, but also to our valued employees. Lloyds Clinical has a wide range of exciting opportunities for passionate professionals across nursing, patient services, compounding, pharmacy and warehousing. These roles come with fantastic benefits including:
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Outstanding training & development programmes
  • Up to £1200 refer a friend bonus
  • Full support from our employee assistance programme including a health and well-being app
  • Savings and discounts at multiple retailers through our rewards portal

About You

To succeed in this role, we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a high-pressure patient coordination, healthcare, or pharmacy support role.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex, sensitive cases with discretion.
  • Comfortable working with data entry systems and maintaining strict compliance standards.
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
