Our client school in Burgess Hill is a popular mainstream secondary with a strong pastoral culture. They are seeking a mentor to run check-ins, support reintegration, monitor behaviour points and liaise with staff and parents.
- At least 6 weeks’ experience supporting young people (education, youth work or care)
- De-escalation, positive handling awareness and restorative mindset
- DBS on the update service
- Up to date safeguarding training
