Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the right parts and exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. A multilingual or bilingual capability is highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
Duties
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their needs.
- Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary.
- Utilise MAM for tracking inventory and managing orders efficiently.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and orders.
- Keep accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Offer support in resolving any issues related to parts supply or customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive or machinery sector is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interaction.
- Proficiency in MAM is required for managing data and reports.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
