Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize computer systems and databases to locate and order parts
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
- Assist with the processing of returns and exchanges
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and suppliers - Strong phone etiquette, must have ability to handle phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service - Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently and maintain an organised work area

You will be required to work a 42 1/2 hour week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm. In addition you will be required to work alternate Saturdays which will be on a rota basis and will be paid as overtime .
