We are a fast-paced, dynamic estate agency based in Hale, committed to providing exceptional customer service and delivering results. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and reliable part-time Secretary/Sales Advisor to join our busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage and organise appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and liaise with clients in a professional manner, creating mailshots and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist with general office duties and ensure a tidy, welcoming environment.
- Assist with the production of property mailouts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (estate agency experience is preferred but not essential).
