Kolié is a boutique fine jewellery brand based in the heart of Edinburgh, offering timeless solid gold jewellery with a focus on quality and detail. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Part-Time Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with enquiries and delivering excellent service.
- Helping with stock organisation and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Supporting the team with online order fulfilment and packaging.
- Following up on online customer orders, questions, and requests.
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and inviting store environment.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in jewellery retail (essential).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working both in-store and supporting online sales.
