Duties
- Manage daily office operations
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
- Utilise Word, Excel, Google Drive, Spreadsheets
- Weekly staff rotas
- Sales Invoicing/Accounting using Sage
- Organise files and documents systematically for easy retrieval
Skills
- Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Effective phone etiquette for professional communication
- Attention to detail in data entry and clerical work
