Part Marker
Days - Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday, 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Summary:
The Partmarker applies customer specified identification ensuring parts are marked in conformance to required customer specifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Compliance with all pertinent PCC procedures and work instructions within the Quality Manual.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Support other team functions as required.
- Work in a safe manner in order to satisfy Health and Safety legislation and to avoid accident or injury to people, machinery, or property.
- Carrying out such other duties as may reasonably be required within the job holder's capability consistent with the Terms and Conditions of employment.
Knowledge and Skills:
- The ability to read drawings, work cards, specifications and other technical documents.
- Articulate with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation.
- Independent thinking within the limits of the process.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Able to work with minimal supervision once fully authorised but also as part of a team.
- Experience of working to a defined Quality System.
- Ability and willingness to embrace change.
Experience and Education:
- Experience within a Manufactruing environment desirable.
- Experience of working to a defined Quality System.
