About The Company:
A fast-growing, fashion-focused performance marketing agency is looking for a Paid Social Specialist to take the reins on Meta campaigns for an exciting portfolio of e-commerce and DTC brands.
With a sharp creative eye and performance-driven approach, the team partners with high-growth labels and household names alike to deliver results that make a genuine impact.
You’ll work directly with the agency founder in a flat-structured, fast-moving environment that values autonomy, experimentation and creative freedom.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who’s ready to step up, own the paid social space, and grow with the business as it scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns from scratch across a range of fashion and e-commerce clients.
- Collaborate with creatives to brief, test and refine scroll-stopping ad content.
- Monitor performance data, spot trends and optimise towards ROI and ROAS goals.
- Take full ownership of day-to-day campaign execution, reporting and strategy updates.
- Support with Google Ads (including PMAX) and product feed optimisation where relevant.
Essential Experience:
- 2–3 years’ hands-on paid social experience, currently working with e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Proven ability to create and scale Meta Ads campaigns independently.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in reporting on performance data and trends.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, small agency environment.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
