Key Responsibilities:

- Provide information regarding accounts and job updates
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required
- Provide accurate information to callers and guests regarding our services and products
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using industry specific software
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Communicate to Owners via Social media platforms
- Assist in organising and attending events
- Previous experience in a guest facing receptionist and administrative role is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- Familiarity with RMS and Elite Dynamics or similar software is a plus, but not essential
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
