Operational Support Administrator
Established in 1994 Greenslades provides a vast range of horticultural services in Somerset and the surrounding counties. We pride ourselves on our great workforce providing a very high level of standards.
In this important multi-support role includes:
- Accurate record keeping of all vehicle, machinery and equipment repairs and servicing.
- Keeping control and issuing of P.P.E., uniform and mobile phone stock, and to maintain records.
- Overseeing of all repairs and servicing of our vehicles, trailers, machinery and equipment.
- Minor repairs to vehicles, machinery and equipment when required.
- Overseeing the premises , accepting deliveries using a fork lift truck (qualification is desirable but training can be given). Ensuring the premises is kept clean and organised.
- Carry out PAT testing (previous experience desirable but not essential, training can be given)

Skills required
Excellent organisational skills
Good time management
Good computer skills, including Excel spreadsheets
Good mechanical knowledge of vehicles and machinery
Ability to be reactive to mechanical breakdowns
Full driving licence required
39 hours per week
4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
