IWS (WH) provides services in all aspects of water hygiene and legionella control including legionella risk assessments into the public sector, utility companies, industrial, commercial and retail customers. The role:
- First line contact for the region, answering telephone calls, receiving visitors to the department etc.
- Maintain central filing system
- Book in planned appointments with site representatives
- Raise work orders
- Assist in production of reports as required
- Maintain the office in a manner that is presentable to customers and clients
- Contract admin support works as required
What you’ll need:
- Proven administrator experience in a fast moving, customer focused environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical skills
- Confident communication, with good telephone skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
