What is the opportunity?:
As part of this role, you will be required to undertake online teaching and assessment, personal tutoring as well as online dissertation supervision. In the first instance the role is part-time (0.5) available until December 2025 but may be extended.
What you will bring to the table::
Essential
- A PhD within a relevant subject area
- Experience of teaching and learning within post-graduate Higher Education
- Eligibility for Fellowship of the HEA
- Excellent team working and communication skills
- Experience teaching on BPS accredited programme
- Experience of teaching developmental psychology
- Experience of teaching and supervising qualitative research methods dissertations
- Experience of and passion for online teaching and learning
- Experience of dissertation / research project supervision
- Experience of teaching and learning within post-graduate UK Higher Education
- Membership or eligibility for membership of the BPS
- Experience of the role of personal tutor
