Job description
Petroc is a highly successful institution, delivering education and skills training in Devon and beyond and has an exciting opportunity for a part-time, Specialist In High Needs Lecturer.
We are seeking an inspiring and compassionate Lecturer to join our inclusive education team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, differentiated teaching and learning experiences to students with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges
The successful candidate will have significant demonstrable experience in
working with SEND learners, particularly those with high needs.
A strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and person-centered planning.
Excellent communication, patience, and resilience.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners.
