We’re looking for a proactive Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join our friendly team at a high-profile client site in Sloane Square. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, creating a warm and professional impression, while also helping to keep office operations running smoothly.

This role reports to the Reception Team Leader.

Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 40 per week (Monday–Friday; shifts between 8 AM – 6 PM)

What you’ll be doing:
  • Greeting visitors and clients with confidence and a personal touch

  • Keeping office facilities in good order and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

  • Supporting coordination tasks and administrative duties

  • Staying informed about business activities and passing on updates quickly

  • Prioritising and organising your workload to deliver an efficient service

  • Building positive relationships across teams and departments

  • Communicating clearly and consistently with colleagues and managers

  • Following health & safety processes and maintaining accurate records
