Founded in 2011, Improveasy provides funding for energy saving installations which improve the energy efficiency of UK households. We work to help reduce carbon emissions and consumer energy bills.
Working with major utility companies helping them meet their Energy Company Obligation (ECO) targets. We were an early adopter of the retrofit standard PAS 2035 and have been completing domestic retrofit in full compliance with the standard since July 2020. We are PAS 2030:2019 accredited for a range of heating and insulation measures.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to expand our Modelling department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
The role will require the successful candidate to assess and model the energy efficiency of private homes and provide recommendations for retrofitting. They will play a crucial role in analysing existing structures and systems to incorporate modifications, upgrades, or enhancements.
The responsibilities will include creating retrofit models, collaborating with Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators and Installers to achieve accurate representations of proposed changes in line with PAS 2030:2019. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate must be DEA certificated and knowledgeable understanding of RDSAP. The chosen candidate will have good IT and problem-solving skills and have a professional manner when dealing with both customers and colleagues.
Experience and technical knowledge of energy efficiency measures is preferred.
