Job Description: Office Assistant - Trainee
Duties: Assist in the smooth running of the practice by providing a range of support services within the general office function.
Act as telephonist/receptionist.
Undertake photocopying tasks.
Deliver messages to the courts.
Prepare letters and email correspondence.
Prepare post for dispatch.
Take special deliveries to the Post Office.
Deliver messages to the courts.
Training and Qualification through a Business Administration course

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
