Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant
Location: Carroll Cleaning, Greetland, Halifax
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.21 per hour.
About Us:
Carroll Cleaning is a well-established commercial cleaning company based in Greetland, Halifax. Known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are now looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Administrative Assistant to support our busy office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment, including posting job adverts and arranging interviews
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
- Supporting the office team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintaining records and data entry
- Helping with filing, photocopying, and document management
- Providing general support to ensure the smooth running of the office
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
