Busy Bees in Dorking Westcott Road, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, are looking for passionate and experienced Room Leaders to join our lovely team. We thrive on having a great reputation in our local community. Our nursery has achieved Busy Bees prestigious Centre of Excellence status. We are immensely proud of the recognition we received for the high standards we have achieved and continue to maintain in our centre.
The nursery is a traditional detached house which has been beautifully designed and adapted to nursery care. It has the beautiful garden facilities and aims to provide a safe, caring and stimulating learning environment, where each child is treated equally and welcomed into a warm and homely place to learn. Our vision is to give every child with the best start in life.
We provide high quality care and education for 52 children aged between six months and five years old and operate for 51 weeks per year. We are closed between Christmas and New Year. Our hours of operation are weekdays, 7:30-6:30.
We value and care for our staff and support them with their personal development to help build and support their careers. We provide excellent in house training opportunities and encourage further qualifications.
We are looking for two enthusiastic, energetic, and hardworking Room Leaders to work in our babies and toddlers' rooms. As a leader of the room, you have overall responsibility for your room and staff within it, ensuring they are performing to the highest standards. As a key worker, you will ensure every child's needs are met.

Pay: £29,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
