Girton Village Day Nursery is in the heart of Girton Village. We are situated on a bus route from Bar Hill to Cambridge so transport is easy even if you don't drive.
We are looking for someone to join our very experienced ladies in our small, family centred baby room. If you enjoy being with babies and toddlers, can change nappies and give bottle feeds, and have the lightning fast reflexes to catch a little one who has pushed the limits of their physical skills, then you may be the perfect person for the job! Ideally, you will be qualified to level two or above, but training will be given to the right candidate.
Unfortunately, this position is not term time only. You will have paid breaks and a wealth of support and training, plus incremental holiday entitlement linked to service, your birthday off, a company pension and the opportunity to work with some of the nicest ladies you could ever meet! The job can be working shorter sessions over five days or four longer days per week, but unfortunately not just school hours.
We take children's safety very seriously so all successful applicants will be required to have a clear DBS check and satisfactory references.
