Currently seeking an experienced Non-Working Supervisor to oversee site operations on a windfarm . The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.Valid SSSTS certification
- Black or Gold CSCS card
- First Aid at Work qualification
- Previous supervisory experience within construction
- Relevant machine tickets (e.g. telehandler, 360, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage site activities and ensure H&S compliance
Responsibilities:
- Supervising site teams and subcontractors
- Overseeing health & safety standards on site
- Coordinating daily tasks and reporting to site/project manager
- Ensuring quality of work is maintained
- Assisting with site paperwork and compliance
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
