Multimedia Journalist
IPN Communications Ltd is a thriving publishing and events company based in Ireland, dedicated to delivering high-quality content across the pharmacy, healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. We publish over 24 magazines per year and host the biggest Pharmacy Awards ceremonies in Ireland.
We are seeking a Remote Multimedia Journalist to develop our clinical hospital magazine and manage our social media presence. If you are passionate about storytelling in the healthcare sector and have the skills to create engaging content across various platforms, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and produce content for our clinical hospital magazine, ensuring accuracy and relevance in healthcare topics.
Create engaging multimedia content, including new and clinical articles, videos, and infographics, that resonate with our audience.
Manage and grow our social media channels, utilizing strategic content to engage with healthcare professionals.
Conduct thorough research on clinical and healthcare-related subjects to provide insightful and informative content.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and industry experts to gather insights and conduct interviews.
Monitor and analyse social media metrics to enhance engagement and reach.
Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills to build relationships within the healthcare community.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding or eager to learn medical and scientific terminology.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proficiency in multimedia production, including video, audio, podcasts and photography.
Experience managing social media platforms and developing engaging content strategies.
Ability to critically evaluate sources and conduct thorough research.
Build strong relationship with industry leader for content contributors.
Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills to build relationships with readers and stakeholders
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical reporting standards.
Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
